It started this week, with the announcement of a tender with the object: "For emergency service" with a development deadline within 24 hours, or more precisely, announced on June 26 and closed on June 27, 2023.
This announcement made us happy, because we thought it was about the cleaning of public beach plots from waste water and waste, and from animals that have turned the sand surfaces into summer stables.
But in reality, the "emergency" of this tender was the washing of the minister's car, where it is said that on July 1st, the washing of the "Volvo XO" type car with license plate "AA678VF" should begin, which according to the registry of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, it is the first official car of the holder.
In the specifications of the tender, it is stated that Mirela Kumbaro's car must be washed 5 times a week, or every official working day during the months of July-December 2023, which is a total of 120 washes, while on Saturday and Sunday it is at a from her suites or villas in Vlora, Dhërmi, Saranda e Durrës and cleans it there.
