Berisha on Wednesday in SPAK, Minxhozi: Time for the prosecution to open the papers, to tell us what it has discovered all this time of investigations

The Special Prosecutor's Office has completed the investigations for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and businessman Fatmir Bektashi, who were investigated for the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

At noon on Wednesday, around 12:00, former Prime Minister Berisha was called to the SPAK to be officially recognized with the charge, while two hours later at 2:00 p.m. Jamarbër Malltezi will be officially recognized with the charge.

Analyst Skënder Minxhozi, invited to "Neës Line" on ABC News, calls this move by SPAK the right action. He added that after all this time that the investigations have taken, the moment has come for the case against the investigated to be entered into a regular procedure.

" I think it was time for SPAK to finally articulate openly in front of the investigators and the public opinion to show us all why it has used all this time to investigate Berisha and that they are keeping him under house arrest. It's the right move and I hope it unlocks this absurd situation. We hope that it will finally be introduced into the regular procedure ", the analyst underlined.
