The former head of the National Intelligence Service of Albania (SHIK), Fatos Klosi, has considered the erasure of evidence of "January 21" a serious act.
Invited to "AbcNews", he said that everything is clear since the televisions have filmed that moment. Meanwhile, Klosi hopes that the truth will come to light, since more than 10 people know about the incident and the investigations are ongoing.
" I am not a lawyer to say how the problems are related to each other. But I heard the accusations and one thing is good about this event that all the television stations have recorded this event. It seems clear that it was given by order, the moment when people fall. Logically, I do not need evidence, I know that the prosecution needs it and the court, but this is their duty. That is why there is a special prosecutor. Those who shot are important people of the guard, it is something that is known. The evidence may have been eliminated, but there are also those that need to be taken into question.
"This was a registered protest, with permission. It is clear that the prime minister's server filmed them, so their disruption was very serious. Of course, I have hopes. More than 10 people know about the event. So I have hope that it will come out ," he said.
