A series of transactions between 2023 and 2025 have brought Ergys Agasi over 9 million euros in bribes for his influence in the pre-determination of AKSHI tenders. According to the Court's decision to seize his properties and assets, as well as those of Ermal Beqiri and others related to the procedures and competitions at AKSHI, through his company "EA Solution", Agasi "has benefited from considerable monetary values from the economic operators "Soft & Solution" sh.pk, owned by Beqiraj, "Fastech" sh.pk of Andis Papa and "First" sh.pk of Gëzim Hoxha.
The file states that these benefits were, according to the investigation, bribe payments as a result of the predetermination of winning economic operators in procurement procedures conducted by the NAKSHI.
While EA Solution does not appear to have performed any specific services, Andis Papa and Gëzim Hoxha have stood by their earlier statements that they made these payments in favor of the company EA Solution, as such a fact was proposed to them by Ermal Beqiri.
Specifically, it results that the company EA Solution has benefited from the economic operators "Soft & Solution" shpk; "Fastech" shpk and "First" shpk, 855,204,527 lek (approximately 8.9 million euros at the current exchange rate) as well as 470 thousand euros.
In total, an amount of 100,148,000 lek has been credited by the entity Soft & Solution for the period 2023 - 2025.
A total amount of 220,831,200 lek has been credited by the entity Soft & Solution for the period 2023-2025.
A total of 470,441 Euros has been credited by the entity Soft & Solution for the period 2023-2024.
A total of 123,629,664 lek was credited by the entity First shpk throughout 2024.
On 28.01.2025, the amount of 174 834 120 lek was credited by the entity Fastech shpk.
From the examination of the data in the CATS system, it results that the entity EA Solution shpk has invoiced sales to the entity Fastech shpk for the period December 2024 - September 2025, the amount of 235,761,543 lek.
