Justice said "NO" to Rama's arrest as he refused to participate in the Xhafaj Commission.
After the Constitutional Court and SPAK, which declared that they will not participate in the anti-corruption commission known as the "Xhafaj" commission, now the ILD has also said no to the seizure of justice by the government.
It is learned that ILD has refused to participate in the commission, giving a negative answer to the assembly.
The General Procuracy is also expected to have the same attitude, although it has not yet been officially confirmed by this institution.
It was the president of the Constitutional Court, Holta Zaçaj, who declared yesterday that they cannot participate in the Commission.
The Constitutional Commission's reaction came after the invitation addressed by the Constitutional Commission to the country's constitutional institutions, including those of justice, regarding law-making, giving opinions or the activity of this ad-hoc commission.
Meanwhile, today, SPAK head Altin Dumani declared that they will not participate in the Xhafaj commission. In a response to the media, SPAK states that it does not consider it necessary to participate with an expert in this Commission, as it considers that our institution has already fulfilled its legal obligations.
