The investigative journalist, Artan Hoxha, said that the conversations derived from the SKY program are being used in Albania for popular trials.
In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", he stated that if these will be used, as they have been used until now, politically, for witch hunting, then there will only be a big noise. He added that these interceptions have panicked all the police leaders because they are afraid that your name will come out.
" SKY has been a communication network, a program where you can talk. People who were interested in that type of communication, which at that time was said to be secret, entered that program. Even most of those that have come out in the EU today are economic secrets, because they used commercial espionage, more than drug trafficking and others.
In the concrete case in Albania, these are indications that must be combined with the evidence to gain value in court. Have they communicated? Yes, because they used it as a tool. I took out a wiretapping on the CEZ-DIA case, which was then destroyed by the prosecution, and there you could see inside the Speaker of the Assembly, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister, media owners. Today people use Telegram, Signal. An official asks you today: Do you have Signal? Why do you ask for this? Because you think that today they only have the Whatsapp program and they don't intercept these others. If you received these conversations that were brought to you from abroad, and instead of investigating, finding evidence, blaming responsible persons, you go out and give it to the people for trial, you are done with that case . You decide what you want, public opinion has made the decision.

He gets on the plane and goes to Belgium and tells them: my name appeared in your material, judge me! And he says: I have no proceedings for you. If these will be used, as they have been used until now, politically, for hunting witches, it has put all the police leaders in a panic so that their names do not come out. There is nothing to get the name out there, it talks about all kinds of things, but how is it proven. What seems like propaganda to me is when a minister comes out and says that whoever used SKY should leave office. What if those who have used SKY remember that ministers also used it. By entering this game without materializing it with concrete evidence, then you have made a big noise ", said Bushati.
