New details have been revealed regarding the operation "Tempulli 3", finalized the day before by Antidrug of Tirana.
The criminal group used a mobile phone number that served to carry out orders just like in a call center, which served in a room in Laprakë.
This room operated 24 hours with at least 3 people serving as operators. After the order, the goods arrived at the customer through taxi drivers, who used them not only to transport passengers, but also drugs.
The heads of the group are suspected to be those arrested in February Fatjon Çiçi and Ervis Gorellari, Enea Sulejmani, Shkëlqim Osteni and Igli Begaj.
Among those arrested during Thursday's operation are at least 3 taxi drivers. Meanwhile, in addition to orders placed through the mobile number, the group members communicated with each other through the Signal application.
To store the drugs, this group mainly used rented apartments.
