Journalist Nikollë Lesi has condemned the attack on the editor of 'Pamphlet', Gjergj Zefi, who was hit with hard objects by several people.
In an article in his newspaper, Lesi writes that this is a manly act and condemnable by the journalist community as the media cannot be hindered in its freedom to inform, investigate or criticize when it is based on facts and truths, which they don't like the government, the opposition or anyone.
"It is learned that tonight the well-known journalist Gjergj Zefi was hit by persons still unidentified by the police. This is a manly act of those who committed it but also condemnable by the journalist community, as the media cannot be hindered in its freedom to inform, investigate or criticize when it is based on facts and truths, which it does not like the government, the opposition or anyone.
Gjergj Zefi is the director of "Pamphlet", a very popular portal.
