Former police officer Dritan Zagani has commented on a meeting held between Prime Minister Rama and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.
In "Euronews Albania", he said that the way the informal meeting was interrupted is something that gives him hope that a different line of political-justice relations is being created in Albania.
In the meeting between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, the latter told the Prime Minister that everything that will be said in these talks will be reported, thus putting an end to the informality of the meeting. According to Zagan, this is a gesture that shows that justice is taking a separate path from politics and is no longer subordinate to it.
" We have turned into a banana country, since we don't have an American ambassador, justice doesn't work. I wish that America would put this state in position and that politics would be true under politics, and not justice under politics.
What warms me and gives me hope is the informal meeting that has failed since the moment the invitation was made, with the sentence "everything will be reported".
Only it gives me hope that we will have a different line of political-justice relationship, as long as we are in unison there is no hope for us ", said Zagani.
