A 58-year-old man in the capital lost his life after an elevator at the former Aviation Field, as a result of a defect, fell from the first floor to the basement.
It is learned that the victim was reported to the police as having been removed from the apartment by his family members.
"On 08.10.2023, around 11:30, at the former Aviation Field, it is suspected that as a result of a defect, the elevator of a building under construction fell from the first floor, to the minus one floor.
As a result, the citizen of TM, 58 years old, passed away, for whom the family members reported, that he did not return to the apartment yesterday", officially announced the police.
The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event.
