Businessman Juljan Morina faces criminal charges for threatening journalist

Tirana Police have initiated criminal proceedings against businessman Juljan Morina, 53, after he allegedly threatened journalist Almer Toska, administrator of an online portal.

According to the official announcement, the Specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with the Prosecution, have registered the proceedings for the criminal offense of intimidation due to duty.

The incident is related to a conflict where the journalist was threatened while performing his duties, raising concerns about the safety of media representatives.

Police announced that investigations are continuing to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
