The Special Court rejected the request of Alqi Bllakos for the replacement of the security measure of arrest in prison with a milder measure related to the charge brought against him for passive corruption for the incinerator of Tirana.

Alqi Bllakon, Taulant Tusha, Namik Simirxhiu, Bledar Karolin and Lefter Koka were arrested for the Tirana incinerator. Meanwhile, there are 7 others under 'house arrest', namely Etleva Kondi, Valbona Ballgjini, Alba Thoma, Sidita Kopliku, Silena Toma, Pëllumb Abeshi and Jetmir Llapaj. The accused Erjon Murataj and the business owners of "Integrated Energy BV SPV", Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, are wanted.
