Chief Commissioner Asllan Shytaj has made a clear overview of the circumstances of the assassination of the son of former judge Fran Prendi, 27-year-old Klajdi Prendi.
According to Shytaj, the deceased was shot by the perpetrators inside his car and then he was taken to the hospital with emergency vehicles by people who were nearby at the time of the assassination.
" In the operating room, a notification came from the citizens that a vehicle was shot at near the "Artist" bar. The investigation group from the "Sector for Serious Crimes" was immediately set up and all actions were carried out. The video footage, 7 9 mm caliber cartridges, the victim's vehicle which was hit several times on the driver's door, on the windshield were seized. As far as I have been informed, Klajdi Prendi was inside the vehicle when he was shot. Today we also found the crime weapon inside the burned vehicle of the perpetrators, which was damaged by the burning ", said Chief Commissioner Asllan Shytaj in "Euronews Albania".
