When you listen to the charlatan Kol Nikollaj, speaking as the head of the unions, you think he is protecting the interests of the employees, but in fact he is protecting the theft of union assets, and bargaining with the government to obtain tenders and concessions, but also millions from private firms with pressure for strikes.
Through the company "Kthella" sh.pk, where Kol Nikollaj has shadow shares, he received the next tender, this time from the Municipality of Mirdita, worth 325 million lek for asphalting roads in the area, announced on March 9, 2026.
No one is stopping Kola from doing business and receiving tenders, assets, and concessions from local authorities and the government, but he uses the position and pressure of the union that he has usurped for 25 years to bargain and profit from public assets.
Colonel Nikollaj of the pseudo-union confederation has been so successful in his negotiations with ministers, directors, and mayors that the company "Khella" sh.pk has received 36 million Euros in tenders over the last 10 years, some in collaboration with other firms.
Perhaps, the workers are not aware of the fact that in addition to the tenders, the president of their union, Kol Nikollaj, has also received a concession for the construction of two hydroelectric power plants in Selita i Mirdita, specifically in Bardhaj, in Lufaj-Perlikaj Stream and the Zalli i Tharrit River.
According to official documents, there are two private HPPs called "Bushi" and "Bushi-1", for which the President of the Confederation of Trade Unions, Colonel Nikollaj, appears as an applicant to the government, for obtaining licenses and environmental permits on behalf of the company "Kthella" sh.pk.
These HPPs, with which he will produce and sell energy for 35 years, were not acquired by Colonel Nikollaj to provide income for the union or legal protection of workers, but for himself as a reward from the government, as he hinders, manipulates and suppresses employee protests.
For the same bargaining against the interests of employees, the chief charlatan of the pseudo-union confederation, Colonel Nikollaj, has been rewarded and continues to be rewarded with tenders, so far with a total value of 36 million Euros.
But the workers know that with the millions extorted from the sales and lease contracts of the union's assets, and with the millions he has extorted from companies after pressuring them to strike, Kol Nikollaj lives a luxurious life and spends his time in Albania. But also outside Albania accompanied by his concubine, where he has made many trips, presumably for the interests of the employees./ Pamphlet
