The lobbying contract with the American company "Continental" of the Democratic Party and Sali Berisha, to remove the "women's name" in the US, showed once again that he bought his integrity with money, and in this case with 6 million dollars.
Paying money to remove the 'non vanessa' for the corrupt matters she has committed over the years and for which she was declared by the US and England, are more dangerous and serious than being declared "non grata".
This is what analyst and former Democratic MP Arben Meçe says about the recent "storm" caused in Albania by the publication of this contract.
Meçe made his analysis of the "hot" issue and spoke about its dark sides.
"This process would have consequences for the American administration if it acts to remove the non-grace outside the protocol and procedures provided for in the law. Former Secretary Blinken could even file a lawsuit if this happens to his successor Rubio. The lobbying contract extends for a 2-year period. But as for removing Berisha's non-grace, if it is unfair, there is no need to pay 6 million dollars. Berisha's non-grace is not a political issue, but a legal issue. Why should Albanians pay 6 million dollars? Why did DP officials or Flamur Noka and others need to pay 6 million dollars? Why this lobbying with suspicious people in the corridors there, because we know that Berisha used to hold meetings and lobby before he was declared non grata," the analyst told Report TV.
For Meca, the contract has a clear political background, because otherwise Berisha would no longer be able to set foot in the US, nor would his family.
Because the head of the blue headquarters is also accused of the murders of 4 protesters on January 21, 2011 on the boulevard, a case for which Strasbourg has requested a retrial, as this further burdens his position.
"This lobbying contract clearly has the purpose of removing the woman's non-marriage, because without this, Berisha cannot contact the American administration and the corridors there. Berisha is known for his exploits in the field of corruption and human rights, he has killed 4 people on the boulevard, he has killed his own people, Albanians. But if this happens with the payment of lobbying for the removal of the woman's non-marriage, this leaves a disappointment for the American state and the opinion we have of them. Berisha is a typical dictator, he has killed his own people. There is no more ugly event than this, when a man like Berisha pays lek to remove the woman's non-marriage, when he is on trial and risks prison. The question is, will America be involved in this lobbying to remove Berisha's non-marriage for a fee? This would be a disappointment. Berisha cannot be removed from non-marriage for a fee!", analyzed Meçe.
There needs to be transparency in funding, as it is in violation of the law.
Even though the law prohibits funding of this magnitude, the DP still did it, and Flamur Noka signed it.
"But another issue is the transparency of financing, where in Albania financing from foreign businesses, individuals or parties is prohibited. Next, you can make donations to political entities, but only according to the law and the rules of the CEC, with a certain limit, which in this case has been exceeded. In Albania, financing from foreign citizens is prohibited, as long as they do not have activity in the financing line in Albania. Even if they are Albanians, the law does not allow this high financing, and not only that, but this financing block must be declared to the CEC where a note is kept, it is registered in a financing book. Absolutely, financing of this magnitude is not allowed. The DP must declare this large financing to the CEC. The law does not allow this size of financing, so the law has unconditionally prohibited financing from foreigners, it was not put unconditionally and intentionally. So financing must be controlled, this is what the law provides, so it is prohibited from abroad in these dimensions", explains the analyst.
In this case, SPAK should have acted immediately, as the event is serious and under direct jurisdiction.
Meçe is convinced that with this lobbying, Berisha has done more harm to himself than when he was declared non grata, and has even "opened Pandora's box."
"If SPAK has not started this issue primarily, because it has a Task Force, which is related to the emergency in the electoral campaign, when it ascertains a violation of the electoral and financial law, it acts, because there is no more serious event than this in this aspect. Berisha's concern is not non grata, because the opinion of Albanians about Berisha was known even before this measure was given. I think Berisha is concerned about the Strasbourg decision on the January 21 file, the killing of 4 people in the protest on the boulevard. They do not understand how much damage they are doing to the country's image, but also to America, American democracy, with the principle of how it works, but also the pro-Albanian support it has. Maybe Berisha's non grata is removed, but his penalty is not removed. He buys integrity with money. He has opened Pandora's box, this is more harmful than non grata. Buying a woman's non is worse than declaring her non grata," he concludes.
