"Kosmonte Foods", the company that supplies food products to 90% of the domestic market, deceives consumers.
According to an investigation by 'ORA News' and a report by KLSH, 'Kosmonte Foods' deceives consumers by selling vegetable fat for butter.
Although the company's mission is to make the consumer's life healthy, it seems that at this point it has failed, as this company with administrator Mr. Lulzim Begaj deceives consumers with the products it puts on the market.
This is the conclusion of the KLSH after the audit carried out in the Regional Directorate of AKU, Tirana District, where it found a series of violations, among which the fraud that was done to consumers by selling vegetable fat for butter.
Since AKU continues to be asleep, it was a consumer who raised the alarm that "Kosmonte Foods" is selling vegetable fat instead of butter.
According to KLSH, the fraud with 45 tons of vegetable fat starts at the Border Inspection Point in Qafë Thane and then ends at the company that markets the product.
The inspectors of the customs point have issued veterinary documents even though the product is not of animal origin, at the same time the laboratory analysis certificates are invalid, because they are photocopies without the name and surname of the owner of the laboratory and without the laboratory seal.
The certificate issued in Ukraine is not translated into the Albanian language, and for all these violations, according to KLSH, the amount of 45 tons of vegetable fat should not have been imported into Albania.
But the company "Kosmonte Foods", with administrator Mr. Lulzim Begajn, not only introduced the product to Albania, but sold it to the consumer for butter.
According to KLSH, the vegetable fat had to be removed from the market immediately and disposed of, while AKU inspectors, without analyzing the quality of the product in the laboratory, have given the company the opportunity to re-label it and sell it again.
The audit of the KLSH, after charging the AKU inspectors with responsibility, emphasizes the fact that any blocked food that does not meet the criteria of the law must be destroyed, and not unlocked.
It is alarming the fact that AKU inspectors sign off to launch a product that should have been buried.
The consequences of the violations of the "Kosmonte Foods" company and the AKU inspectors are billed to the buyers, who pay for butter, a product that should have been destroyed.
But in addition to the stunts and deception of consumers, according to the information available to 'Pamphlet', Businessman Lulzim Begaj under the mask of 'Kosmonte Foods' is the only strategic investor of the Kosovo government.
"Kosmonte foods" has received nearly 38 thousand square meters of land for the opening of the fruit and vegetable processing factory, which includes the expansion of capacities for storage and production of products. and poultry meat processing plant.
So far everything may seem in order, but irregularities and doubts emerge when looking at the decisions signed by the prime minister, details of which we will talk about below.
The company "Kosmonte Foods" is the most privileged business in Kosovo, since the state was led by Albin Kurti.
