Analyst Frrok Çupi commented on the opposition protest this Monday, which continued with acts of violence and the throwing of Molotov cocktails in front of several institutions, including the headquarters of the SP.
Invited to "Real Story", he emphasized that today's scenes of violence are the image represented by the Democratic Party of Albania and Sali Berisha himself.
" This is the identity of the DP, but also of the self-government of the DP. Berisha's DP only agrees with the opponent on elimination, there is no dialogue with the opponent. He goes home. Berisha acted with extralegal, non-institutional groups. He has threatened, killed and burned with such groups. He started with the group of violence in 1994 in Shënavlash. After that, Tropoja, Lushnja, Fieri, Tirana were burned several times. The biggest damage that was done to the state under Berisha's government was that it exercised violence, pressure and evil power, through private gangs, and the state was never built. Today we see an amorphous organization that can throw bombs from all sides, but remains the typical image of what Sali Berisha's Albania was. It was a protest, without ideas, without a program, without tomorrow, without anything belonging to a state body. This protest culminated in the burning of the SP, which is unprincipled and unmanly ," he said.
