A large part of the city of Librazhd was engulfed by an unusual storm this afternoon.
Heavy rains accompanied by strong winds have caused numerous problems. It is reported that due to the prevailing bad weather, it has become almost impossible for vehicles to circulate on the roads.
Meanwhile, the strong wind has brought quite a few consequences by damaging trees, electricity poles, conductors of the electrical network as well as by moving umbrellas, tables and chairs of the bars.
Also, due to the heavy rains, some roads have been flooded. So, all service enterprises of the Librazhd municipality and civil emergency structures have gone on standby to cope with the created situation.
