Journalist Ermal Vija says that SPAK has 9 criminal reports against Ilir Meta, 5 of which have been criminally registered.
In an interview for the show "Real Story", he added that there are 6 reports against Kryemadhi, of which 3 proceedings were registered as reports for criminal offenses.
" I can officially say that up to this moment in SPAK there have been 9 reports, of which 4 have been decided not to start and for 5 others the registration of criminal proceedings has been decided. Two have been merged into one, proceedings related to the LSI lobbying investigations. These 9 reports are against Kryemadhi and Meta. There are 6 reports against Kryemadhi, 3 proceedings have been registered as reports for criminal offences. There are at least 4 crimes: abuse of office, money laundering, corruption and concealment of assets. investigations are being carried out for these, but until now there is no record against Meta ", he said.
The journalist says that during the checks at Monika Kryemadhi's mother's house, five mobile phones were seized that could provide details about the reports made against the Kryemadhi-Meta couple.
" It is one of the investigative actions carried out on the basis of a criminal proceeding that belongs to it. The order was given by the prosecutor for the exercise of inspection in the apartment of Mrs. Fatima Kryemadhi, based on the procedure that belongs to the couple Meta Kryemadhi for a complaint about some aesthetic interventions that were carried out and the source of income was not declared. Based on this complaint, a search was also ordered at the apartment of Mrs. Fatima Kryemadhi. But because the investigators have found some bank transfers in the direction of people connected to Meta and Kryemadhi.
BKH agents have found 5 phones, which have been seized, for one of them it was Kryemadhi himself who addressed SPAK with the argument that the phone is owned by her and a phone owned by a deputy cannot be seized. SPAK claims that they were found in the apartment of Mrs. Fatima Kryemadhi, who does not hold an MP mandate. They suspected that these phones could have details that could help the investigators in the direction of Mrs. Kryemadhi and Mr. Meta. SPAK argues that this phone was found in the apartment of a person who is not an MP. This is one of the reasons why the court has not returned Mrs. Kryemadhi's phone ," said the journalist.
