Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço has provided details of the cyberattack on SPAK. He said that data was obtained from the emails of 3 prosecutors.
According to him, it is absurd that their emails contained sensitive data, as SPAK has an internal system where files should be discussed.
" This event revealed incompetence, lack of training to increase and a measure to strengthen technological elements. There is talk of passwords that were broken very easily and hackers have accessed the emails of 3 prosecutors, some have been more careful and some not. What's more, there are investigative files in the prosecutors' emails. They have an internal system for how they exchange information, not emails. Email is an insecure means of communication. When we talk about state secrets, the responsibility starts with SPAK itself ," he said.
