He also underlines the importance of the holiday at a time when the world faces numerous challenges and conflicts.
"Kurban is an act of solidarity, sharing and caring for others. At a time when the world is facing numerous challenges, conflicts, insecurity and social difficulties, the message of Kurban Bayram takes on even greater importance. We need understanding, dialogue, respect and unity between people more than ever."
"Our society needs more love, justice and hope. Albania has preserved religious harmony and this is a precious value that we must preserve and strengthen every day. I hope that the holiday brings joy to families, health and goodness to our society," he said.
