The court session for the Elbasan incinerator has closed, where SPAK requested in the Special Appeal to change the decision of the first instance, which found former Socialist MP Alqi Blako and former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka innocent of the charge of "abuse of duty".

The nine accused for the Elbasan incinerator have completed their defense this Friday, in the courtroom being held at GJKKO.

The Special Appeal Panel expected to deliver its verdict on Koka and Bllako on November 8.

The former MP Alqi Blako was not present, while the lawyers have read his defense. The lawyers explained his absence in the courtroom with health problems.
