The former member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Ibsen Elezi, says that Lulzim Basha is obliged to go to the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) to testify about the event of January 21.
In an interview for "Ora e Fundit" on ABC News, Elezi said that Basha has no other choice, as he added that he and Berisha have a functional relationship.
