Filip Talo, accused of the case of the state security file (for former President Ilir Meta), has been summoned to SPAK to testify.
Filip Talo is the key person in the documents that the Dossier Authority says revealed about Ilir Meta that he was an associate of the State Security.
He was last seen leaving the Authority on July 29, where he received his file. Filip Talo was born in Lushnje in 1969.
It turns out that he was a classmate of former president Ilir Meta at the Faculty of Economics in Tirana.
In 1989, he wanted to escape from Albania and this plan was shown to his classmate with the initials IM, which is Ilir Meta for the File Authority and Ilir Murataj for the latter.
According to the data, it turns out that Filip Talo worked in the Directorate of Metrology until 2013. This institution is subordinate to the Ministry of Energy and Transport, which was led by the Socialist Movement for Integration, which led the country in coalition with the Democratic Party.
In fact, in a State Control report made in the metrology department, the name of Filip Talos is included. KLSH requests that this person be fined 100,000 lek or an administrative measure as they did not respect the procedures in several developed tenders.
According to this document, Filip Talo was the chairman of the bid evaluation committee. After this year, according to information, Talo turns out to live in the United States of America and returns to Albania from time to time.
Perhaps he will have to return again to be questioned by the Prosecutor's Office, which Ilir Meta has asked to investigate this case.
