In an interview for 'A2 CNN', Basha gave his arguments as to why there have been escapes in Albanian prisons and which, according to him, will continue to exist.
" It won't be the last. Mainly in Albania, escape attempts are not frequent compared to the world, or even in Italy, because the battle with justice from the beginning was lost, the hope of gaining freedom was zero, in Albania there was an open window of hope to gain freedom through the courts" , he said.
Basha said that at the time when he was in charge of his duties, Dan Hutra was a prisoner and according to him, due to the danger he presents, additional measures should be taken. In this form, added Basha, it will be necessary to deal with other prisoners who are dangerous.
"He is a convict who requires special attention, requires a special plan of measures, including the strict prohibition of circulation in the rooms of other convicts, because the offense is of high danger to his co-sufferers, because he commits crimes and because of ego and passion, if he makes an argument, he takes revenge, he doesn't live with other fellow sufferers, he has difficulty socializing with others ", Basha said.
