On the fifth day of their protest, Sali Berisha's supporters gathered again under the former prime minister's palace on Mustafa Matohiti street.
Among the supporters was former minister Genc Pollo, who gave a speech on the improvised armchair in the middle of the street.
During his speech, he stated that the path to achieving the goal will not be easy or short, but there is no other way.
" We did not think that after 33 years the leader of the opposition would be under house arrest. This anniversary of the Renaissance of the DP is more significant than before. Those who say 'in the end justice spoke', are people who could say the same about the trial of other MPs decades ago. It is time to say that the indictments are a disgrace. I am not saying that our path to this goal will be easy or short, but I see no other way. There is no other way ," he said.
