Aleks Nika's uncle, Mark Nika, who was killed in the protest held on the boulevard "Dëshmorët e Kombit" in front of the prime minister on January 21, 2011, has told about a meeting with the head of SPAK.
Aleks Nika's uncle said in the show that he has the guard's tape in hand, but he is afraid to hand it over, as he suspects that the evidence can be alienated, but they are ready to hand it over to SPAK.
"They changed our bullet. We have cleared the tape in writing and given it to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, but we need the original, we can only give the original to SPAK.
A year ago, I know the powers more or less as they are, the fact that I went to the chief prosecutor of SPAK means that I was convinced, but he used a legal clause, he said since it started in Tirana, we pass it on to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana to deal with this work. What about Berisha, the ministers cannot be investigated by Tirana, only SPAK", said Aleks Nika's uncle in Euronews Albania.
