Another case confirms the denunciations of "Pamphlet", that Shpresa Breçani, the daughter of Sali Berisha's sister, in cooperation with the corrupt segments within finance and justice, is selected and used to make balance sheets and fictitious bankruptcies of mafia businesses.
By Decision No. 16885, dated October 17, 2024 of the Court of First Instance-Tirana, given by judge Alma Kodraliu, with the order of taxes and the request of the partners, the bankruptcy procedure of the company "Plus Communication" has started.
It is no coincidence that the granddaughter of Sali Berisha, the "expert" Shpresa Breçani, has been appointed as the bankruptcy administrator of this company, which, according to the SPAK file, is connected to Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha and was licensed by them when they were in power. PD-LSI.
That's why the "expert" Shpresa Breçani has been appointed to carry out the bankruptcy process of the company "Plus Communication", known for laundering black billions during 15 years of licensing, formally disguised as the "Mobile-4" telephone operator.
The request for the initiation of the bankruptcy procedure of the company "Plus Communication" was made by the partners, according to the legally binding report-decision of the Taxes of the National Business Center, which found that this company has 13 consecutive years of declarations with financial losses.
The request for the bankrupt mother of the company "Plus Communication" has been approved, and from October 17, 2024 the process is led by the "ustallesha" Shpresa Breçani, who will calculate the financial activity, from 2009 when it was licensed by Berisha-Ilir Meta until October 2024.
The current partners of this company, connected to the political-state mafia, lobbied and dictated that Shpresa Breçan's name be taken to the court to be approved as liquidating administrator, because they made a deal with her to sign the ready financial balances as they have done.
According to information, the reports of fictitious balance sheets with losses for 15 years of activity of the company "Plus Communication" were prepared by the firm "BDO Albania" owned by the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, while the "expert" niece of Sali Berisha will sign them with her name.
The company's partners, for 15 years of activity, have predetermined a total balance with USD 94 million in losses; in order for the state not to demand tax obligations on incomes, profits, social contributions and taxes, but to justify the obligations to banks and private creditors.
We remind you that Shpresa Breçani carried out the bankruptcy and balance sheets of the businesses of Rezart Taç, Rruga e Kombit, Rruga e Arbër, Gërdec, ARMO, the company "Belle Air", the companies "Rudnap", "Blancers Petrolium", "Rompetrol", of "Petrol Slovenia" of Damir Fazllic and Argita Berisha, as well as the gambling businesses and Call-Center of the "Sacra Corona Unita" mafia group.
