Former police chief Shemsi Prençi has stated that a prosecutor on duty had a 113-minute conversation with a character of crime and drug trafficking.
Furthermore, Prençi recalled that SPAK should have dealt with file 184 and then what happened with the arrested deputy Jurgis Çyrbja would not have happened.

We have perceived that it will fight corruption. It does not fight corruption at high levels. It punishes those officials who indulge in corruption. The government must fight corruption because it has hundreds of mechanisms. Albanian taxes, the state budget, the government must set in motion the mechanisms for the protection of the state budget. The mechanism of the fight against corruption in the government does not work.
No operation is carried out in Shkodër without obtaining permission from the criminal groups.
