Chief Commissioner Ilirian Celibashi went for monitoring in CEAZ 30 in the Kashari area, where one of the secretaries was raped today.
As he was leaving CEAZ 30, Celibashi told the media that the count had actually begun without the presence of party observers.
"The count has resumed and we will accommodate the issue of observers from representatives of political parties and entities. Currently, there are only international observers ," said Celibashi.
We recall that in connection with today's incident, two people were escorted who raped secretary Remzi Mehmeti.
One of them, according to the police, is 26-year-old Rei Nozlli, while the identity of the other person has not yet been revealed.
According to sources, Nozlli, an observer for Ornaldo Rakipi, punched the CEAZ secretary, which led to the immediate intervention of the police. After the incident, he was escorted to the police station for questioning and to clarify the circumstances of the conflict.
