The bad weather has returned again this evening in the northeastern part of the country.
Heavy rain in the area of Zadrima in Lezhë.
It is reported that the flooding of mountain streams has caused problems in the village of Fishtë, blocking the road. The water level has reached several centimeters, while some houses are also at risk.
Earlier, the National Civil Protection Agency warned of heavy rains and thunderstorms in the north-west of the country.
" Following the forecast of the Military Meteorological Service and the Institute of Geosciences, in the next three days it is expected to rain with moderate intensity, which in the regions of Shkodra and Lezha will be accompanied by thunderstorms.
The National Civil Defense Agency and the Ministry of Defense are in constant monitoring of the situation and in close communication with the local government and the central structures of the civil defense system to increase readiness as needed.
Also, the Armed Forces are on standby with the necessary tools and equipment to intervene in case of emergency.
A call is addressed to the citizens of Lezhë and Shkodër districts to show increased caution and cooperate with the institutions for any possible situation ", announces the National Agency of Civil Protection.
