The 37th day of protests in front of the Prime Minister's Office building has ended, which this Sunday was also accompanied by speeches, calls against the government, and the traditional march through the streets of the capital.
After the speeches on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard ended, hundreds of citizens began a march towards the General Directorate of the State Police, where they conveyed messages against the institutions that, according to them, exercised violence against protesters during previous rallies.
During the march, there were no shortage of chants of "Rama resign", "Rama go", "Your end has come", "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison", "Revolution" and "The homeland is ours", which have accompanied the protest for weeks.
After stopping in front of the General Directorate of Police, the protesters returned to the Prime Minister's Office building, ending the 37th day of the protest there.
At the end of the rally, the organizers announced that the protest will not stop and called on citizens to return to the boulevard tomorrow, to continue the mobilization that has been demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and a change in the political class for more than a month.
With the conclusion of today's protest, citizens have scheduled a meeting for tomorrow, confirming the continuation of daily protests in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
