SPAK and the "archive" phones of the affairs of the 4 leaders and the crimes of the mafia dome

Shkruar nga Pamfleti

The strongest evidence that could bring down the dome of corruption, mafia PPPs and organized crime in Albania is found on the mobile phones of Edi Rama and Sali Berisha. After openly threatening SPAK not to dare to check his phone, Edi Rama revealed his fear of discovering corrupt affairs, money laundering schemes and connections with criminal groups. Instead of reacting to this pressure, SPAK is silent, increasing suspicions that justice continues to be hostage to the 4 crime bosses who command Albania...

SPAK and the "archive" phones of the affairs of the 4 leaders and the

At the meeting with Socialist MPs following the arrest of the mayor of Tirana, Prime Minister Edi Rama appeared traumatized and in obvious panic about his personal fate, sternly warning: "Those from SPAK, don't make the mistake of daring to ask for my phone!"

If Babloku has nothing to hide regarding corruption, clientelistic affairs, money laundering, or his relationships with criminal groups, there would be no reason to fear the disclosure of his telephone contacts.

Rama's open threat to SPAK creates reasonable suspicion that his phone is full of evidence and testimony related to organized crime, corrupt tenders, PPPs of mafia schemes, connections with crime figures, and money laundering.

In fact, Rama's name has repeatedly appeared in wiretaps about electoral crimes in Debar, in connections with the "McGonigal" mafia group, in the file of manipulations with Amant Josifi's "Call-Center", as well as in many other wiretaps by internationals and partner investigation agencies.

His name also appears in direct and indirect wiretaps of Ilir Beqja, Lefter Koka, Klodian Zoto, Vilma Nushi, Alqi Bllako, Bashkim Ulaj, Pëllumb Salillari, Gjergj Luca, Jurgis Çyrbja, Ogerta Manastirliu, Altin Hajri and many others deeply involved in Babloku's mafia network.

If SPAK really lacks the "raw material" to bring politicians, government officials, oligarchs, drug traffickers and hired killers to justice, it would be enough to seize the phones of Sali and Shkelzen Berisha, as well as Edi and Olsi Rama.

The phones of these four individuals contain complete archives of criminal affairs, financial deals, and mafia connections that have held Albania's development hostage and destroyed the state's justice system.

Instead of immediately ordering the seizure of the phones of the prime minister and his family members after Edi Rama's public threat, SPAK leader Altin Dumani remained silent, demonstrating fear or dependence on political power.

SPAK is openly playing with double standards. For example, Sali Berisha was held for three years under investigation and one year under house arrest, but suspiciously, neither his nor his family's phones were seized.

The Strasbourg Court and the Supreme Court have also forced SPAK to reopen the investigations into the 4 murders of the January 21 protest and the Gërdec tragedy, as well as to arrest Ilir Meta for the CEZ-DIA affair. However, neither Berisha nor his son Shkelzeni's phones have been seized, although they are included in these files.

Likewise, Olsi Rama, the prime minister's brother, was under investigation for the "Xibraka" cocaine group file and the "Call Center" criminal affair, but his phones were never seized, where there is evidence of drug trafficking, extortion of oligarchs, and partnership in the towers that are occupying Tirana.

This grave situation clearly proves that SPAK is playing a dangerous game by protecting the heads of Albania's mafia dome, while the evidence to hit the roots of crime is in the pockets and cell phones of those who openly and fearlessly threaten justice.

SPAK must have the courage and responsibility to remove the mask of fear and immediately seize the phones of the four heads of the Albanian mafia, if it really wants to end impunity./ Pamphlet
