Spartak Ngjela: "21 January" expels Berisha from politics

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, speaking about the fate awaiting former Prime Minister Sali Berisha regarding the 'January 21' issue, said that the only thing the opposition leader loses is exclusion from politics.

Meanwhile, regarding Lulzim Basha, who was also summoned to SPAK for the same matter, the lawyer described Basha as a person without political credo and social support.

"The only thing that is lost is being excluded from being in politics for life. The only way to get out of politics is through a decision on a direct indictment by the court."

"While Lulzim Basha is the weakest, he has no credo and social support, Lul Basha was brought into politics by the Berisha family," Ngjela said on "News 24".
