The Court of Special Appeal has upheld the decision of GJKKO to confiscate the assets of Redjan Raja and the persons related to him.
Redjan Rraja, Odesa Rraja and Marsela Çiça appealed in July the decision of GJKKO to confiscate assets, including a luxury Audi.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Saida Dollani (chairman), Dhimitër Lara (member) and Iliriana Olldashi (member), today on 23.10.2024, announced the decision regarding the case of registered with no. 150 act, date 10.07.2024 registration, on the complaint submitted by the complainant/subject R.Rr. and complainants/third parties O.Rr. and M.Ç., against decision no. 05, dated 07.02.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, which decided:
Accepting the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana.
The confiscation of immovable and movable assets, as follows:
Asset no. ***, zk ***, vol.22, pg.25, with an area of 30 m2, of the "unit" type, registered on 11.12.2014 in the name of citizen RARr.
Property with no. ***, zk ***, vol.22, pg.24, surface area 76 m2, type "unit", registered on 23.12.2014, in the name of the citizen R.Rr..
Property no. ***, zk ***, vol.60, pg.140, with an area of 127.5 m2, unit type, registered in the name of the citizen M.Ç..
Property no. ***, zk ***, with an area of 18.09 m2, registered in the name of the citizen M.Ç.
Property with no. ***, zk ***, with an area of 18.09 m2, registered in the name of the citizen M.Ç.
The vehicle with license plate ***, Audi A8, registered in the name of Redian Rraja on 29.10.2019, after its purchase by citizen TS according to contract no. 5267 rep, no. 2989 col, date 24.10.2019, against the value of 20,000 Euros.
Gray Audi type vehicle with Italian license plates ***, with chassis number ***, seized from the citizen of KK according to the minutes of November 05, 2019.
A wristwatch with a metal strap, gray and yellow in color, with a black field , numbered on the back 16233 (Rolex).
The amount of 2750 euros.
The revocation of the seizure placed on the Bentley brand vehicle, Continental type, with license plate ***, purchased by the citizen R.Rr., with vehicle sales contract with no. 5272 rep, and no. 2570 col, dated 19.08.2019, in the amount of 900,000 lek (nine hundred thousand) lek.
For the execution of this decision, Mrs. Edisnaida Sulaj, who is an administrator at the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets at the Ministry of the Interior, Tirana, and the Judicial Police Officers of the State Police.
A copy of this decision shall be notified to the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency and interested persons.
The procedural expenses incurred so far, the expenses prepaid by the state and by the court, referring to the accounting expertise acts as well as the report of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, are charged to the citizen R.Rr., as well as to third parties.
Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, within 15 (fifteen) days, starting from the day after the notification of the reasoned decision.
