The Special Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigations against the mayor of Lezhë, Pjerin Ndreu.
SPAK investigated him for the charge of abuse of office, after a lawsuit from DP. But no elements of the criminal offense were found.
Judge Etleva Deda has been assigned to examine this file, who will decide whether or not to close the investigations.
PD accused him of the works on the Lezhë-Shëngjin sidewalk, while Ndreu was also called to SPAK for questioning.
