We are a place of miracles and there is no doubt about that and what makes us even more unfortunate in this work is that even the biggest miracle lasts us 3 days.
We're used to the fact that here things are "done with ass" as the people say.
We bring to your attention what happens with the chaotic works in the middle of the tourist seasons, for example, when the authorities who deal with this work do not work before or after the tourist seasons, the last 3 months of winter come out enough, but they find it to make "noise mills", mortar and concrete, demolition with tritol and pickaxes, dust, at the peak of the tourist seasons along the coast and beyond.
The same philosophy accompanies us everywhere.
It's been a while since the new school season started, and fortunately or unfortunately, the summer was so long this year that they had plenty of time to deal with work in each school they wanted, or even start new ones from scratch. But no!
In the editorial office we receive a complaint from parents and it is about the reconstruction of the "Edith Durham" school in the heart of the former Block in Tirana. The government has decided to do the work right now, 2 months after the school started, at the peak of the first semester, and the students are notified at the end to move to other premises to go to school, but this is not the worst news. The latter is the fact that now they will no longer learn during the day, but at night.
Small children, as winter is approaching and the night starts at 5:00 PM... they have to go to another school and even more inappropriate circumstances.
But are the works done at this time?
At least they waited for the semester to end...
Parents and children are full of problems with transportation, traffic and school schedules, and now they have a new, chaotic and chaotic destination for children, from school to another... and especially at night!

Based on the letter of the Tirana Local Education Office with no. 859 dated 5.11.2024, regarding the reconstruction of the "Edith Durham" school, we inform you that:
- On Monday, 11.11.2024, lessons for all classes from the preparatory group to the 9th grade will take place at the "Emin Duraku" school in the afternoon.
- Regarding the teaching schedule and the placement of classes, you will be notified in the following days.
