The story of this young woman, who was interviewed in one of the hotels in Tirana where she took refuge after being released from prison, is a bit complicated. The police have strong suspicions that her brother was also part of the group that exploited the young girls. The brother was caught near the premises where the escorts practiced prostitution. But the sister has another version that investigators consider an alibi for the release of her brother. The one who is suspected of being a tutor.
"My brother arrived a week later. Seeing myself in the situation I was in, I needed to bring someone I trusted, someone I trusted and held dear. With the arrival of my brother, I brought him for vacation. One day, in the apartment I shared with the other girls, they brought us clients, including my brother. That day, the tutor wrote to us, saying that a client was coming.
One of the girls who was with us opened the door, behind her we saw many people who were civilians. When the tutor wrote to us, I told my brother to go home, because otherwise he would understand what I was doing out of necessity. When my brother was going down the stairs, the police caught him. The police caught him, mistreated him, beat him, threatened him with guns in the head, mouth and genitals. They thought he was the boss, only he was Colombian. They asked him who was in charge, the brother answered, but they didn't stop him", said the Colombian woman.
This is the truth of the girl who practiced prostitution. But the prosecution claims that there is enough evidence implicating her brother as a pimp. However, the girl's testimony remains touching in her selflessness to protect her brother.
"The truth is no, because I had never been outside Colombia. I had no knowledge of life here and the laws. The period we were in prison was very difficult. We didn't know the language, we had no income for our needs. We didn't talk to our families. I think they humiliated us and we went through very bad things and I will never forget them," said the girl from Colombia./ TCH
