Neritan Sejamini: When politics won't do things, it sometimes drowns them in technicalities, in procedures. I have the impression that maybe you are not interested in making the diaspora vote so soon for 2025. If you judge it, maybe this should be the most optimal thing, considering that it is a complicated issue. We may end up in a situation where the majority of voters are outside Albania and the way of organization are serious problems. But, the issue is like this, it's one thing to have the political will and try, and it's another thing when you won't do it and get into technical procedures. My impression is that you want to kill this process by technical procedures.
Damian Gjiknuri: The answer is from the inside, that the issue is complicated. But, as a legislator, I have the duty to establish principles. There is an Albanian state body that administers the elections. I say, lay down these principles. The rest is technical. It's a complicated matter, it's true. It's not like on Facebook, the vote is a complicated logistical problem, many countries fight over the diaspora's vote. From this point of view, want integrity. Here, the elements of the CEC come into play. We have the duty to define the principles, we made the draft, reflecting the demands of the diaspora. Will it be done by the CEC in time? I don't know how to say it.
Neritan Sejamini: If I were to say, that my intuition is that it will not be done in 2025, how wrong do you think I could be?
