Journalist Klodiana Lala says she sees the murder of one of the most well-known bankers in the country, Artan Santos, with very strong political interests. Invited to the show "Opinion", Lala says that it was thought that Enver Stafuka was behind the murder of Santos in June 2014.
The journalist adds that before Stafuka disappeared without a trace, he was interviewed by people from the underworld and for this there is a recording where he spoke about the authors, executioners and financiers of the murder of Artan Santos.
Klodiana Lala: There is a tape somewhere, a recording that I don't know when it will come out. Before Enver Stafuka disappeared without a trace, he was interviewed for hours by people from the underworld. Enver Stafuka had gone very deep into organized crime, had committed many murders, and it was thought that one of the murders he had participated in was the murder of banker Artan Santo.

Klodiana Lala: Absolutely. I view the story of Artan Santos with very strong political interests within the country. In that recording, Enver Stafuka also spoke about the authors, executioners, financiers of the murder of Artan Santos. I cannot say for sure when that recording might come out. It exists because eyewitnesses to that story have admitted it. I think it exists somewhere for many reasons. The story of Artan Sano was an event to kill a very influential man, a man who had extraordinary influence. The heart of Tirana, the former Blloku, was chosen to convey strong messages. The State Police is clear about who the material executor is, but the problem in the case of Artan Santos is when the orderer is.
