Interior Minister Taulant Balla has reacted to the serious incident in Dhërmi, where a 31-year-old man was allegedly killed by the owner of the hotel where he worked. A little while ago, the 43-year-old suspected perpetrator was arrested in Greece.
According to Balla, efforts will be made to ensure that he receives the deserved punishment. " Clarifying criminal events as quickly as possible, finding and arresting persons suspected of being perpetrators or involved in these events, are an important test of the police's performance. Congratulations to the State Police for the investigations so far related to a criminal event in Dhërmi, the arrest of a suspect at an airport in a neighboring country. We will work with the authorities and law enforcement agencies of this country to bring the suspect to justice as soon as possible ", says Balla.
The police are still looking for the body of the 32-year-old, since the 43-year-old, after the murder, disappeared the body and fled to Greece.
