To carry out the works in the villa of the "commander" of uncle Spiro Koleka, the nephew of the prime minister and heir of the "mother" party of the dictatorship, he chose the company "VALONA CONSTRUCTION", owned by Besnik Lulaj from Vlora, a loyal friend of Edi Rama and Dorjan Dučka of the "McGonigal" scandal group.
But the owner of the company, which will rebuild Enver Hoxha's villa, is also a partner in 3 Albanian companies and in the casino "Marin Bay-Vlorë" with the brothers Luftar and Fatos Hysa, rumored to be known exponents of the Mexican cartel "Sinaloa".
For these works, the Directorate of Government Service in the Prime Minister has awarded the tender 1.1 million Euros, while the works will be completed within 1 year, when another million will be spent, for the renovation of equipment, furniture and interior decorations.
