However, this tender with the same financial value, the company "Albpetrol" has awarded without competition and with offers as high as 97% in the years 2021-2022, to the company "AGA-1 Sh.pk" of the capoband of Fier, Renato Çami (Sali ).
In addition to "Albpetrol", during the years 2015-2023, it has held the monopoly of fuel supply for the municipalities of Fier and Roskovec, where the mayors Armando Subashi and Majlinda Bufi have given a total of 11 million Euros without competition.
