Why should SPAK receive the file, amidst forgeries, drug trafficking and money laundering?

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has opened the file of alienation and robbery of public and private properties in Bërxulle Municipality, which includes one of the most enviable areas for business and development, between Tirana and Vora.

It is about criminal proceedings with number 5783 of 2020. The file is in the hands of prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi, who passed Vetingu without any problems in 2020. Although at a slow pace, the investigations have advanced in recent weeks, where in the protagonists of the alienation of properties between Tirana and Vora were questioned.

The investigations have started after the reports of some residents, whose properties ended up in the hands of the octopus of corrupt tenders, Arbër Abazi, the grandson of Sadri Abazi, who in international reports is described as one of the nodes of crime, corruption and money laundering in Albania.

At the head of the criminal group is suspected to be the former mayor of Bërxulle Municipality, today the Administrative Unit of Vorë, Ymer Marku, who has wreaked havoc during the exercise of his duties, transferring large areas of land in the name of his close people.

During his duties as mayor, Ymer Marku has made his circle the owner of public and private properties, with forgeries and frauds, then building hotels, resorts and various facilities, with permission and without permission, with money from sources of corruption and traffic of drugs.

Let's dwell on a specific case.

As these documents prove, large areas of property have also passed into the names of Tahir Cena and Fidarie Cena, born in Kukës. Both of them are extras because Ymer Marku is hiding behind them. Tahir Cena is the son of Ymer Mark's uncle. The latter robbed the lands of some residents and transferred them to the name of his uncle's son, Tahir Cena.

Then, in 2014, Arbër Abazi appeared, the beneficiary of public tenders worth tens of millions of euros.

Tahir and Fidarie Cena sell a 10,800 m2 plot of land to Arbër Abazi. Thus, the property robbed by Ymer Marku ends up in the hands of Arbër Abazi, who is planning constructions, to clear millions of euros from corruption. This is just one of the cases being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.

Properties have been looted from the QTU to City Park, where constructions have also been made without permission. Although Adriano Dyrmishi is known as a fair prosecutor, the file should be transferred to SPAK for some reasons and facts.

First, we are dealing with a dynamic structured criminal group.

Secondly, characters with great power and influence, people of politics, corruption and traffic are implicated.
