Provë për pastrim parash, është fakti që firma “LIM-EM Sh.p.k” me pronar në letra Shkëlqim Beshirin e biznes i Shkëlzen Berishës; firmë që në tatime deklaron të ardhura minimale si biznes i vogël familjar, madje në 3 vitet e fundit ka deklaruar humbje.
Anti-krimi e SPAK duhet ta hetojnë këtë shoqëri, mbasi vetëm nga Bashkia e Tiranës në 7 vitet e fundit ka marrë 22 leje ndërtimi për banim e biznes; nga Bashkia Durrës ka marrë 9 leje ndërtimi, nga bashkitë Vlorë, Himarë e Sarandë ka marrë 12 leje ndërtimi.
Ndërsa nga qeveria me firmën e Edi Ramës, ka marrë leje për 3 hotele në Himarë, dhe leje si investitor strategjik, për një kompleks vilash e pallatesh me sipërfaqe toke 119 hektarë në Lalz, ku 28 hektarë është pyll me pisha pronë shteti buzë detit; ndërsa ortakërinë e ka me ish-drejtorë e deputetë të PD, të lidhur në kontrabandë nafte e në ARMO me familjen “non grata”.
Nuk duhet lënë në harresë, as fakti që një ndër ndërtuesit që nuk përmend Saliu, është Shkëlqim Beshiri, sepse ai, qysh prej vitit 2007, ka qenë e është financues i familjes “Berisha”.
Ndërsa pas vitit 2013, u bë “lavatriçja” e miliardave të Shkëlzenit dhe krejt familjes “non grata”, me ndërtime nën logon e firmës “LIM-EM Sh.p.k”, e cila pas provave të dala muajin e fundit, ka fshirë skedën me të dhënat financiare në QKB.
