The Turks had cut off the financing and therefore, without a financing and administration contract, there was a risk that the "Flamurtari" team would not be registered for the new football season, while the realtor of the Turks, Sinan Idrizi, implemented their scenario, blocking the documents and financing.
But this impasse was overcome, extending by 1 year, until August 22, 2025, the administration-financing contract from the Turks, whose blockade was not related to the concern for the revival of the "Flamurtari" team, but to a construction business in Vlora.
It is about the bargain that the Turks, together with their realtor Sinan Idrizi, made with Prime Minister Edi Rama in June 2023, to build the new Vlora stadium and 6 towers and 13 buildings of 12-15 floors around it.
According to the promised agreement, the construction of the Vlora stadium and the towers of the palaces was supposed to start within the month of September 2023, by the two Turkish companies "Atlas Global" and "TRK Group", managed by the Turkish Nerve Korkmaz, which, in addition to the "Flamurtari" team there was also the management of the fuel branding concession.
But Bablok did not give and is not giving Turkish clients construction permits and no hope for them; although both merchants have in common the realtor Sinan Idrizi, who has signed the granting of the Turkish charter in use to Edi Rama.
The Turks have evidence that Edi Rama cheated them for the construction of the stadium and the towers and buildings around the stadium, promising some builders connected to the clan of Gramoz Ruçi, who entered the construction business in Vlora, through Edi Rama. and the Mayor, Ermal Dredha, his son-in-law's brother.
To appease the Turks of the "Atlas Global" and "TRK Group" companies, which are part of Erdogan's economic-financial mafia clan; Prime Minister Edi Rama staged the next creep towards them.
