I think that the pressure of Athens is unfair and unsupported in the criminal precedents and in the Albanian legislation. The Greek government claims that Fredi Beleri should take office as mayor pending a final decision on whether he is guilty or innocent.
The question I have is Safet Gjici, who was removed from the mayor's office, for a sexual affair in the office, has he been convicted with a final sentence, or is it a precautionary measure? Both he and Beleri are under arrest and have not been sentenced by a final decision.
