
A non-governmental organization in Syria reported on Friday that the mayor of Doumar was executed after a complaint that he was loyal to the previous regime.
"Mazen Kinana, known for his loyalty to the previous regime, was executed by gunmen" belonging to the coalition of armed organizations that seized power on December 8, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
