
The Congressional Joint Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies has released the menu for Monday's inaugural luncheon, which will take place after President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance are sworn in. The event will begin with sparkling wine from Gruet Winery in New Mexico.
We're giving you a sneak peek of the menu that will be served after Trump's inauguration, starting with wine from Monticello and crab cakes from the Chesapeake.
First course : Chesapeake Crab Cake with tomato tartare, bay sauce, pickled vegetables, romanesco, dill and chickpea oil; from Monticello, Virginia.

Second course : Greater Omaha Angus Ribeye steak with Thumbelina carrots, broccoli rabe, carrot herb sauce, red wine truffle jus, and potato gratin; from Napa Valley, California.

Third course : Minnesota Apple Ice Box Terrine with sour cream and salted caramel; Korbel Russian River Valley Natural from Sonoma County, California
