In the video of the night operation released by the army, armored vehicles are seen advancing on a sandy area on the border.

The Israel Defense Forces post noted that the operation took place in preparation for the next stages of the battle, a possible reference to the extensive ground invasion the Israelis have threatened to carry out in the Palestinian enclave in order to eliminate Hamas.

All Israeli soldiers have now withdrawn from the area and returned to Israeli territory.
